TIP NO.2 (OF THIS RECOVERY WEEK) - TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY

TIP NO.2 (OF THIS RECOVERY WEEK) - TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY – EVEN WHEN (ESPECIALLY WHEN) YOU DON’T FEEL LIKE IT!! There is a very powerful body-mind connection. Love your body for what it is and love yourself for who you are. Coddle your body and cajole it by massaging every part of it and frequently express your love to it in private!!! Your body is your holy temple – feed it with food that will nourish it and help it grow! You are what you eat. Stand in front of the mirror every morning and say to yourself and your body – ‘I am capable, worthy, loving, courageous, and can take on the whole world!! I am enough and I know it!!!’ And witness the miracles that will follow. First of all, love and accept your body for what it is. Then Visualize a picture of your body the way you’d like it to be and visualize the exercises you will perform – an example of which can be Yoga, which will make it very beautiful in your eyes and give you a very pleasant feeling!!! Bathe it lovingly and keep it clean every day!!! And watch your body and mind blossom into the marvel that is YOU!!!! You need to accept yourself for who you are before others accept you!
