Attain Peace From Inner Voices
The voices we hear may be threatening and saying the worst possible things to us. Talk to them. Cajole them. Pamper them. Pacify them. Explain things to them as you would to your 3-year old kid who is shouting at you!!! Ask them what they want. Establish a relationship with each of them and treat them as your friends. So don’t be afraid of your voices. Simply hear them out. And you will be grateful to yourself for having taken this first step. This is the first step toward establishing peace with your inner voices as I once did. Later they just vanished although this may or may not happen to most people. Stop looking at your voices as your enemies.
