Wednesday Motivation - Positive in Lockdown

Hey guys, Journaling about how you are feeling can be very effective in times like these when a lot of us are dealing with coronavirus anxiety. Journaling can be a great stress reducer through arranging one’s thoughts, clearing one’s cluttered mind and it also facilitates problem-solving of many kinds. If you find yourself just chronicling the days’ events (which can become mundane), instead try d
escribing what you are experiencing through your five senses or write about memories. And connect with people you like via writing during these times so that you don’t feel anxious or left out, but if you’d like to write for yourself alone, then that is also welcome!!!

Write e-notes to yourself!!!

If you’ve tried to write a journal but have never really developed the habit, simply describe your days spent in isolation. Even if you don’t end up writing a book based on your journal like I did, writing about your days will help put your experiences in the right perspective and let you capture these rare moments several days later, in terms of the meaning this special time in history has given you.

ALSO try other hobbies like cooking, baking, and just about any form of art you’d like to pursue including making a beautiful collage of the future you envision for yourself!!! What are you planning on achieving? Make a beautiful collage about your future, frame it, and put it up on your wall!!!

Maybe you just want to clean your room and decorate it - how about some Feng -Shui?? And what about involving yourself in the Ikebana flower arrangement?

And last but not the least, breathe your way to mental health via yoga and wellness routines!!! And don’t forget to meditate – personally, that is one thing that takes me out of this world and which I simply enjoy!!!

LOVE YOU A LOT!!!
